Loretta Lucille Bratton, 79, of Mulberry passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018, in Fort Smith. She was born Aug. 29, 1938, in Springdale. She was a retired registered nurse with Sparks Regional Medical Center and a member of the Mulberry First Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Toy McCoy and Ethel Bright; a daughter, Lisa Bratton; a son, Nathan Bratton; and a brother, Bucky McCoy.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Bratton of the home; two daughters, Terri Bratton of Mulberry and Becci Waldrop of Alma; a sister, Alice Ladd of Malvern; a brother, Chris Bright of Alma; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Mulberry First Assembly of God with interment to follow at New Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Chad Waldrop, Sam Bright, Lee Bright, T.J. Smither, Bobby Waldrop and Steve Shipley.
The family will visit with friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
