Donald Gene Hyman, 83, of Mountainburg passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at a local hospital. He was retired from Farmland Industries, former owner and operator of The Goose and Gander Antique Shop in Mountainburg and of the Christian faith. He was born June 4, 1934, in Alliance, Neb., to the late Louis and Ellen Louise (King) Hyman and was the widow of Alice Amanda (Stacy) Hyman.

Memorial service was May 25 at Ocker Chapel of Alma. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Pereira and husband Steve of Fort Smith and Donna Bisby and husband Joe of Mountainburg; one son, Bradley Hyman and wife Cheryl of Mountainburg; one brother, Clint Hyman of Van Buren; seven grandchildren, Kelly Peterson, Gareth Pereira, Katy Bisby, Eric Pereira, Ian Pereira, Aubrey Hyman and Laurel Hyman; and two great-grandchildren, Caleb Pereira and Sage Peterson.
