Sue Tindle, 82, of Van Buren passed away Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016, in Fort Smith. She was born May 16, 1934, in Fort Smith to the late George and Jessie Bryant. She was a retired secretary for Refrigerated Products in Fort Smith. She loved to shop and loved her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Tindle; and a son, Michael Ramsey.
She is survived by a daughter, Lynne McClure and husband Larry of Van Buren; two grandchildren, April Tipton of Van Buren and Chris Symonds of Greenwood; and four great-grandchildren, Kalyn Tipton, Kealey Symonds, Elizabeth Symonds and Mack Symonds.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Tom Devore, Jon Fritchey, Jim Earl Brewer, Dean Metheny, Dale Keilmann and Michael Ferguson.
The family will visit with friends from 2 to 4 p.m.Sunday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
