In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren May 13, Judge Gary R. Cottrell heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• Jeffery Dewayne Bibb, 22, of Mountainburg pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Correction to be followed by a seven-year suspended prison sentence. The sentence will run concurrently with a parole violation and Bibb was given credit for jail time served.

In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren May 27, Judge Gary R. Cottrell heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• Keena Lynice Davis, 40, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine and had a six-year prison sentence suspended on the condition she pay a $500 fine, $170 court costs and $125 drug task force fee. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• Jared Lee White, 21, of Mulberry pleaded guilty to two counts of knowingly selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor and had a three-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay a $1,000 fine, $170 court costs and $250 fee for DNA sampling and forfeit a cell phone.
