Pleas from Sept. 7 and 12, 2016

In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren Sept. 7, Judge Mike Medlock heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• Phillip Chad Suttles, 30, of Alma pleaded guilty to third and fourth offenses driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving while license suspended for DWI and was sentenced to one-year at a regional correctional facility plus a five-year suspended prison sentence. He will pay a $1,300 fine and $320 court costs.

In the 21st Judicial District Circuit Court in Van Buren Sept. 12, Judge Gary R. Cottrell heard pleas and sentenced the following:

• Whitney Nicole Claybaugh, 26, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by receiving and was placed on six years probation. She will pay a $500 fine and $170 court costs.

• Cameron Chad Claybaugh, 31, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to 10 counts of theft by receiving and was sentenced to 12 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction plus a 12-year suspended prison sentence on the condition he pay $35,808.08 restitution. He was given credit for jail time served.

• Jeffrey Richard Houlton, 29, of Fort Smith pleaded guilty to commercial burglary and was sentenced to two years in the Arkansas Department of Correction plus an eight-year suspended prison sentence on the condition he pay $751.85 restitution.

• Casey Allen Lambert, 34, of Conway pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by receiving, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to eight years in the Arkansas Department of Correction plus a 10-year suspended prison sentence. He was given credit for jail time served.

• Dillon Lee Montgomery, 18, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a communication device and was placed on three years probation. He will pay $170 court costs, $250 fee for DNA sampling and $125 drug task force fee.

• Alex Zechariah Everetts, 20, of Alma pleaded guilty to sexual assault and had a 10-year prison sentence suspended on the condition he pay a $1,000 fine, $170 court costs and $250 fee for DNA sampling. He will complete impatient treatment, have no contact with the victim and register as a sex offender.

• Randee Lynn Polm, 36, of Depew, Okla., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine and had a six-year prison sentence suspended on the condition she pay a $250 fine, $320 court costs, $250 fee for DNA sampling and $125 drug task force fee and spend one day in the Crawford County Detention Center with credit for one day served. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• Justin Michael Anthony Creel, 30, of Lavaca pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and was placed on six years probation. He will pay a $2,500 fine, $170 court costs, $250 fee for DNA sampling and $125 drug task force fee. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.

• Alisah Marie Childers Holmes, 23, of Van Buren pleaded guilty to failure to appear and was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Correction plus a three-year suspended prison sentence. The sentence will run concurrently with other sentences and she was given credit for jail time served.

• Calvin Don Keezer, 24, of Subiaco pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to three years in the Arkansas Department of Correction plus a 10-year suspended prison sentence. He was given credit for jail time served and the sentence will run concurrently with a previous sentence.

• Dusty Allen Brewer, 30, of Mountainburg pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia and was placed on six years probation. He will pay a $2,500 fine, $170 court costs and $125 drug task force fee. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.
