April 8-9

St. Michael Altar Society’s spring bake and craft sale will be 3 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to noon Sunday in the gym at 1025 Pointer Trail. The bake sale will feature fruit pies and breads, cinnamon, caramel and dinner rolls. Crafts will include spring wreaths, hand-tied quilts, wall hangings and decorative items.

Kids Imagination Art benefit arts and crafts event will be held at 533 Fayetteville Ave. in Alma from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. There will be craft vendors, homemade items, clothing, jewelry, art and more. Booth fee is $20 for both days, and the fee will support the art program.
