A Mulberry man arrested in connection with violating bond conditions in a sexual assault case involving a minor was once again bonded out of jail.
Gerald Graham, 44, of the 12100 block of Little Mulberry Road was released on a $100,000 bond shortly before 10 a.m. Monday, according to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
Graham surrendered to a bonding company Friday about 8:30 p.m., said Crawford County Sheriff Ron Brown. He was wanted by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department on a probable cause arrest for violating the conditions of his bond.
"His bond conditions specified no direct or indirect contact with the victim, among other regulations. He violated the contact conditions," Brown said.
The bond violations stem from Aug. 20, when Graham was arrested on suspicion of 10 counts of rape and 10 counts of second-degree sexual assault involving a minor, and several other felony charges, according to sheriff’s office. He was released the following day on a $60,000 bond.
