Wendell Eulas Williams, 65, of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at his home. He was born Aug. 30, 1948, in Mulberry to the late Elbert and Iantha Williams. He was the owner and operator of Wendell’s Used Tires. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Williams of the home; four daughters, Dorothy Garcia and husband Travis of Alma, Valarie Brennan of Fort Smith, Sandra Williams of Van Buren and Michelle Sorrells and husband Scott of Alma; two sons, Doug Hicks of Fort Smith and Lil Randy Williams of Van Buren; granddaughter/daughter Ladybug (Katrina Webster) and husband Garth of Van Buren; two sisters, Linda Freeman and husband Robert of Alma and Brenda Childers of Van Buren; six brothers, Larry Williams and wife Clara of Alma, Glenn Williams and wife Elaine of Cedarville, Ronnie Williams and wife Kathy of Van Buren, Darrel Williams and wife Kay of Cedarville, Big Randy Williams of Van Buren and Big Danny Williams of Van Buren; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; several in-laws, nieces, nephews and too many friends to count.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at The Current Church in Van Buren with interment to follow at New Cemetery in Mulberry under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Lil Randy Williams, Sandra Williams, Big Randy Williams, Larry Williams, Billy Goodson and Scott Sorrells.

Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Berna, Mike Ballard, Rick Callahan, Ricky Wilder, Derrick Shelton and Jimmy Wilder.

The family will visit with friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
