Margaret Bell Holliday Baker, 74, of Alma passed away Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at a local hospital. She was born Oct. 21, 1939, in Las Cruces, N.M., to the late Albert and Pansy Mae Griffith. She was retired from Brownwood Manor in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, Bob Holliday, and Bill Baker, and a daughter, Melinda Woodward.
She is survived by her significant other, Frank Stayton of the home; a daughter, Sharon Jenkins of Denver; a son, Bobby Holliday of Alma; a sister, Betty Michael of Phoenix; two brothers, Don Griffith of Seattle, Wash., and Eugene Griffith of Rainer, Ore; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Bolton Cemetery in Dean Springs under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
The family will gather with friends at 2 p.m. Saturday at OG Jamboree in Alma.
