Frank W. Booth, 77, of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018, in Bella Vista. He was owner/operator of Booth Law Firm, a practicing attorney in Crawford County for 51 years and city attorney for Kibler. He was a 1958 graduate of Van Buren High School. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Edith (Biggs) Booth.

He is survived by his wife, Jona (Clayton) Booth of the home; one stepdaughter, Ashley Cruz and husband Carlos of Fort Smith; two stepsons, Aaron Schauer of Fayetteville and Shane Schauer and wife Chelsea; one brother, Clyde Booth and wife Paulette of Fort Smith; five stepgrandchildren; two nieces, Melinda Medlock and husband Toby of Alma and Michele Green and husband Roger of Kibler; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Funeral service was Sept. 7 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Rutherford Cemetery in the Hog Eye community, south of Fayetteville, under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Schauer, Carlos Cruz, Jim Lockhart, Toby Medlock, Roger Green, Junior Bing and Steve Myers.
