Donald Ray Stamps, 83, of Muldrow passed away on May 12, 2018. He was born Feb. 28, 1935, in Muldrow. He was a member of Lighthouse Christian Center in Eufaula, Okla. He was retired from Baldor and also worked for Sequoyah County and Hickory Springs Manufacturing. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Lee and Bessie Mae (Bearcie) Stamps; three brothers, Leon, Herman and Tommy D; and four sisters, Billie O’Neal, Lew English, Edna Mae Keith and Lorraine English.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Stamps of 56 years; two sons, Tim Stamps and wife Wendy of Muldrow, Frankie Stamps and wife Robyn of Ozark; two daughters, Michelle Pratt of Muldrow, Carla Harshbarger of Andover, Kan.; two brothers, Ted Stamps of Muldrow and Fred Stamps of Stover, Mo.; eight grandchildren, Matt, Justin, Brandon, Christina, Levi, Zac, Cameron, Carson; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Roland Pentecostal Church in Roland with interment to follow at Liberty Cemetery in Liberty.
Family will greet friends from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at Lewis Roberts Funeral Chapel Fort Smith.
Pallbearers will be Matt, Justin, Brandon, Christina, Levi, Zac, Cameron, Carson.
