Christopher “Blake” Sattazahn, 30, of Rudy passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018, in Little Rock. He was a self-employed mechanic and attended the Mountainburg First Assembly of God Church. He was born June 15, 1987, in Fort Smith. He fought a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis and it finally took its toll. Blake, as he was known by all his friends and loved ones, was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, J.H. and Mary Sue Sharber; his paternal grandfather, Charles J. Sattazahn; and uncles, Anthony Wayne Sattazahn and Patrick Purcell.
Survivors include his fiance, Amy Kiker of the home; his parents, Ralph and Mary Sattazahn of Alma; one sister, Keely Sattazahn of Alma; one brother, Kirk Sattazahn of Alma; paternal grandmother, Venia Mae Sattazahn of Alma; aunts, Virginia Purcell of McAlester, Okla., and Joey Sattazahn Farris (Pierce) of Fort Smith; uncle, Bill Sattazahn (Debra) of Barling; several cousins and his beloved dog, Dixie.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment at Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Pallbearers will be Chris Lenardo, Brad Lenardo, Chris Blair, Ben Massey, Aubrey Thomas and Tim Blair.
