Nancy Sue (Phillips) McCoy, 83, of Van Buren passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. She was a member of the Rena Road Church of Christ in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill McCoy.

Funeral service was Nov. 11 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by her three sons, Mark Shannon McCoy and wife Terria Ann of Fort Smith, Arthur David McCoy of the Philippines, Joseph McCoy and wife Alysia of Alma; two half-brothers, Dr. William Joe Phillips of St. Louis, Mo., and Steven Phillips of Ponca City, Okla.; two granddaughters, Ruth Clemmons and Sara McCoy; four grandsons, Zachary, Owen, Clayton and Eli McCoy; and two great-grandsons, Connor McCoy and Brenden McCoy.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Burkhart, Monty Burkhart, Lester Hopwood, David Banks, Allen Hamilton and Ronnie Gregory.

Honorary pallbearers were A.Z. Hudson, Sherman Hopwood, John Kozar, Wayne Bray, Ray Davidson and James Hawkins.
