Cecil Osburn, 74, of Van Buren passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017, in Fort Smith. He was born Jan. 14, 1943, in Haskell, Okla. He had worked for Mead Containers. He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Osburn.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Titsworth-Rose Osburn of the home; a son, Aaron Osburn and wife Mandy of Mulberry; three stepsons, Duane Rose and wife Raney of Mulberry, Shannon Rose and wife Jennifer of Van Buren, and Whitney Rose and companion Sandra White of Alma; his mother, Lou Blair of Alma; a sister, JoNita McClure of Alma; a brother, Ronnie Blair of Alma; three grandchildren, Mariah Osburn, Joshua Osburn and Erica Davis; two great-grandchildren, Aubrey Davis and Tinley Berry; 16 stepgrandchildren, and three stepgreat-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Butterfield Assembly of God in Van Buren. Committal will be 3 p.m. at Baxley Cemetery in Paris, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

The family will visit with friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
