Louise Elizabeth Polly, 80, of Mulberry passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at her home. She was a retired employee of Walmart where she worked for 22 years, a homemaker and of the Assembly of God faith. She was born Nov. 23, 1936, in Franklin County, Ark., to the late Clyde C. and Etta Florence (Van Brunt) Caviness. She also was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Polly; and a son, James Michael Polly.

Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Standridge and Dolores Fox, both of Van Buren; one son, Ray Polly of Mulberry; one sister, Irene Flynn of Hackett; one brother, Steve Caviness of Spiro; eight grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment at New Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Pallbearers will be Trennis Francia, Allen Caviness, Jay Thompson, Jimmy Medlock, Jeffery Standridge and Blake Polly.

Honorary pallbearers will be Shawn Polly, Sam Fox and Michael Standridge.
