Bob Curd of Spiro, Okla., was born Nov. 26, 1963, to Robert Lee Roy and Nora Irene (Davis) Curd in Monahans, Texas. He passed away on June 9, 2017, in Tulsa, Okla., at the age of 53 years.

Bob is survived by his wife, Laurie (Berry) Curd of the home; three daughters, Tara Reeves and husband Charles of Spiro, Jennifer Fortney and husband Jordan of Spiro and Jessica Wilbanks and husband Matt of Spiro; his mother, Nora Curd of Poteau, Okla.; one sister, Patty Underwood and husband Joey of Spiro; two brothers, Timothy Curd and wife Mary of Van Buren and Fred Curd and wife Realisha of Poteau; three granddaughters, six grandsons and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Roy Curd; brother, Joseph Mason Curd; and one nephew, Kasey Wilson-Curd. Mr. Curd was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Bob was a talented musician. He started the back pack program for children in school and also was active in the Meals on Wheels program; he impacted and touched many lives through these programs. He was loved and cherished by his family and friends, all of whom his life revolved around, especially his grandchildren.
