Clifford “Ray” Freeman, 60, of Barling died Thursday, March 16, 2017, at his home. He was an oil field worker for Superior Wells in Van Buren, EMT, transported cancer treatment patients for Carti and member of First Church of the Nazarene in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife, Karla; three daughters, Konstancee Screeton of Fort Smith, Heather McKnight Price of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Kim Holford of Little Rock; a sister, Yvette Hampton of the United Kingdom; three brothers, Charles Aldridge of Texarkana, Texas, Terry Aldridge of Harrison and Michael Parker of Little Rock; mother Nina Freeman of Fort Smith; and three grandchildren.

Funeral was March 20 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Newberry Cemetery in Alma.
