Michael Hoover
Michael "Uncle Mikey" Glen Hoover, 50, of Alma died Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010, at his home. He was born Aug. 31, 1959, in Oakland, Calif. He was a self-employed carpenter and he loved being in the woods; that's where he said he found God. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Hoover; and a sister, Patricia Pullan.

Mrs. Sharon Brandenburg, 57, of Mountainburg died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010, at her home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mountainburg, where she was a Sunday school secretary, a member of the singing group "Heaven Bound" and was preceded in death by her daughter, Roxanne Brandenburg.
