Private club license granted

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in Little Rock on Wednesday approved an application by Cajun's Back Door restaurant at 700 Main St. for a private club license.

By a 5-0 vote, the board reversed the denial by ABC Director Michael Langley at the administrative level.

Last year, Sister's Gourmet Bistro was approved for a private club license to become the first establishment in 65 years to sell alcoholic beverage in Crawford County. Since then, Eagle Crest Country Club in Alma received a private club license.
