An Alma teenager accused of making a duplicate key to a car he was test driving pleaded not guilty on Wednesday in Crawford County Circuit Court.
Tanner Killough, 18, is charged with breaking or entering, theft of property and criminal impersonation.
Judge Gary R. Cottrell appointed the public defender's office to represent Tanner and allowed Tanner to remain free on a signature bond.
Tanner is accused of taking a vehicle from a Van Buren dealership on Aug. 8 for a test drive, making a duplicate key and returning later that night to steal it.
Other pleas heard Wednesday by Cottrell were:
Richard Peters, 25, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Peters was arrested Aug. 7 during a parole officer search at his residence.
Rickey Hickey, 43, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to failure to appear at an Aug. 4 plea or trial request on charges of second offense driving while intoxicated, driving while license suspended for DWI, fleeing and second offense possession of marijuana.
Troy Cowan Jr., 20, and Alex Ervin, 27, both of Alma, pleaded not guilty to breaking or entering and theft of property. Cowan and Ervin were accused in the July 25 break-in at a Railroad Street residence in Alma.
Thomas Patrick, 43, of Chester pleaded not guilty to felon in possession of a firearm, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Patrick was arrested Aug. 8 after sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a Freedom Road residence to investigate a possible suicide.
Donna Weaver, 43, of Alma pleaded not guilty to possession of hydrocodone and possession of oxycodone with intent to deliver. Weaver was arrested Aug. 6 by a sheriff's deputy serving an arrest warrant at her residence.
Michael Psikal, 22 of Van Buren and Ingrid Rojas, 20, of Fort Smith pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Psikal also is charged with driving left of center, no driver's license and fictitious tags. It is allegedly Psikal and Rojas were in possession of 20 grams of meth, scales and a smoking pipe when an Arkansas State Police trooper stopped Psikal for driving left of center on Aug. 6.
Marco Myrick, 32, and Marion Key, 31, both of Charlotte, N.C., pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Myrick and Key were arrested Aug. 8 by an Arkansas State Police trooper when 11 ounces of suspected cocaine were found in a spare tire following a traffic stop.
Frank Douglas, 52, of Fort Smith pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. Douglas was arrested Aug. 10 after a sheriff's deputy stopped a vehicle for reckless driving on Arkansas 59 South.
Sherry Gibson, 39, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to theft of property. Gibson is accused of stealing more than $32,000 from Tobacco Outlet from June 4, 2002, through Aug. 11.
Jimmy Avey, 51, of Mulberry pleaded not guilty to three counts of delivery of roxycodone. Avey allegedly sold roxycodone to a confidential informant for the drug task force on June 21 and July 8.
Randy Beesley, 23, of Fort Smith pleaded not guilty to forgery in the second degree. Beesley is accused of cashing a fake check on Allen Canning Co. on July 21.
Mario Fantauzzi, 29, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to sexual assault in the fourth degree. Fantauzzi allegedly had sexual relations with a 15-year-girl in 2005 when he was 27-years of age.
Janice Greenfield, 47, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to delivery of lorcet and delivery of clonazepam. Greenfield is accused of selling the controlled substances to a confidential informant for the Van Buren Police Department in April and May.
Deborah Moore, 32, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to delivery of vicodan. Moore allegedly sold 40 vicodan tablets for $120 to a confidential informant for the drug task force on May 23.
Christopher Moore, 32, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to two counts of delivery of methadone and one count of delivery of vicodan. Moore is accused of selling methadone on April 7 and July 8 and vicodan on May 23 to a confidential informant for the drug task force.
James Gregory, 50, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to three counts of delivery of roxycodone. Gregory allegedly sold roxycodone to a confidential informant for the drug task force in April and May.
Sue Goff aka Stites, 45, of Alma pleaded not guilty to delivery of methadone. Goff allegedly sold 25 tablets of methadone for $100 to a confidential informant for the drug task force on June 9.
Jamie Jerrell, 33, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to delivery of roxycodone and delivery of oxycodone. Jerrell is accused of selling 10 tablets of roxycodone for $200 on April 17 and four tablets of oxycodone for $105 on May 1 to a confidential informant for the drug task force.
Brenda Corley, 40, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to two counts of delivery of methadone and one count of delivery of lorcet. Corley allegedly sold 12 methadone tablet for $100 on Nov. 26, 15 methadone tablets for $105 on Jan. 11 and 20 lorcet tablets for $100 on Jan. 17 to a confidential informant for the drug task force.
Michael Luzader, 44, of Bryan pleaded not guilty to non-support, alleging he owes more than $50,000 in child-support payments.
Jeremy Sayvongsa, 27, of Fort Smith pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault on a family member or household member and domestic battery in the third degree. Sayvongsa is charged in a July 18 incident involving his ex-wife.
Richard Poor, 30, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to three counts of delivery of methamphetamine. Poor is accused of selling two grams of meth for $125, two grams for $200 on Feb. 21 and one gram for $100 on Feb. 25 to a confidential informant for the drug task force.
Phyllis Clark, 65, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to delivery of methadone, two counts of delivery of roxycodone and deliver of klonipen. Clark allegedly sold the controlled substances to a confidential informant for the drug task force in April.
Sarah Kelly, 65, of Van Buren pleaded not guilty to two counts of delivery of methadone, delivery of lorcet, two counts of delivery of soma and delivery of xanax. Kelly is accused of selling the controlled substances to a confidential informant for the drug task force in April and May.
Rachel Alverson, 36, of Van Buren resisted a petition to revoke a sentence she received on May 15, 2007, for overdraft and filing a false police report, alleging she owes $569.93 restitution and has failed to complete community service.
William Abel, 30, of Dallas resisted a petition to revoke a sentence he received on May 28, 2003, for theft by deception, alleging he owes $11,627.44 restitution and $2,150 court costs and fines.

" Well it looks like the Moore family got whats coming to them. Hopefully they will lock up the drug dealers for a long time. Maybe with him being in prison they can put him to work and his daughter finally get the child support she is entitled to! "
